“The sting of death is sin;
and the strength of sin is the law”
(1 Cor 15:56).
Did You let Adam and Eve stay in the Garden?
“Therefore, the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword, which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life” (Gen 3:23-24).
Note: The Tree of Life is a symbol of Jesus and the Garden of Eden is a symbol of Heaven. Those that choose sin over the righteousness of Jesus will not eat of the Tree of Life, nor be allowed in heaven.
“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death” (Rev 21:1-8).
“In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie” (Rev 22:2, 12-15).
As I had noted in the First Human Sin, God did not curse Adam and Eve, He only banished them from Heaven on earth because they were filled of sin, and sin is not allowed in Heaven.
When Adam and Eve discarded the clothing God had given them when they were created (His righteousness), they also disowned God. Yet, due to the fact that God is Love…
“He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love” (1 Jn 4:8).
…He does not want anyone going to Hell.
“Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?” (Ez 33:11).
“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Pet 3:9).
He clothed them with Jesus’ righteousness so in the end, if they kept the clothes on they will be accepted into Heaven.
Jesus’ righteousness is so great and powerful that if your faith in Jesus is true you too will spend eternity in Heaven, rather than in Hell.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (Jn 3:16-17).
“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” (Jn 3:36).
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life” (Jn 6:47).
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Act 4:12).
